I like that Muster makes it very easy for members to submit comments and that we easily have a record of those comments. It's user-friendly and looks great once the code is on our website. The customer service is great and far superior to what we had with Every Action.
We selected Muster to replace a different grassroots advocacy platform. While we are not using it to its full capabilities, we like that, as we contemplate future software acquisitions, Muster is flexible and expandable to meet potential future needs. It allows us to mobilize our members to contact their elected officials with clear, consistent messaging and an uncomplicated and user-friendly experience for administrators and users.
